Seiken Densetsu 3
I recently replayed this fantastic Super Nintendo RPG and thought it'd be fun to dreamcast it. I don't have EVERYTHING worked out yet, in fact I've only been able to figure out the elementals thus far. So without further ado, here they are.
The Elementals

The Fairie - P-Chan
P-Chan has a really adorable voice that just seems to work so very well for this exact type of character. Her believable acting is another strong point, as this is a very emotional character. She is essentially the last of her kind on a desperate mission to seek out one worthy enough to save the world. In a desperate move she flies down from the Mana Holyland to seek out somebody to protect the Sword of Mana. Despite her heavy mission, she has to do her best to maintain chipper and upbeat. I'm confident that P-Chan can portray this with bravado.

Wisp - Apatheria
I imagine the light elemental Wisp to have a calming, pleasant voice, but more specifically a medium toned, airy sound to his voice. I've been working on developing my medium range a lot lately and am fairly confident in my ability to do a good airy type of voice, so I'd like to take a shot at Wisp myself. Yeah, shameless self-cast, I know. Whatever.

Gnome - Majinboo0111
Gnome is a hyperactive and goofy little guy, and so Majinboo immediately comes to mind. Having heard his deranged take on March Hare in season 2 of Act It!, I'd want him to keep that exact same voice (including the cackle), but shift gears from deranged to goofy, and he'd be an absolute knockout as Gnome.

Jinn - Sabien
Sabien has a really playful and charismatic tone to his voice, and if he went into his higher range, he'd be perfect for this lovable little wind elemental.

Shade - Darkwolf
I know...dreamcasting Darkwolf as the dark elemental. Redundant, but not without good reason. Unlike most of the elementals, I don't see Shade having a higher voice, but rather a low, brooding tone. Darkwolf's low tone is often associated with villains, but I think it'd be perfectly suited for this mysterious elemental.

Salamando - Koivo
When deciding if I wanted a high voice or a low voice for Salamando, I ultimately decided on a higher, yet fiery and energetic tone, and so of course Koivo came to mind instantly. I'm a big fan of his voice and would love to hear him as this hot-headed fire elemental.
![](http://www.videogamesprites.net/SeikenDensetsu3/NPCs/Undine%20-%20Float.gif)
Undine - KuroKoe
Undine is a bit weepier and more emotional than the other elementals, and should probably sound a bit younger as well, so KuroKoe comes to mind! I know she likes doing very emotional performances and Undine would be a wonderful vehicle for her to do exactly that.
![](http://www.videogamesprites.net/SeikenDensetsu3/NPCs/Luna%20-%20Float.gif)
Luna - Fairuza
Luna is another elemental where I'd imagine a lower tone, and since she is a moon elemental, I'd imagine a particularly serene, soothing low tone. Fairuza is pretty much the go-to-gal for that type of voice, so I'd have no second thoughts casting her.

Dryad - Konata
I'd want Dryad to basically sound like a young girl as she is by far the most timid of the elementals, and Konata has a really cute voice that I feel would go very well with this character. Konata can portray a wide range of emotion and moods as well, but if she used her younger voice and spiced it up with some timidness, she'd be perfect for the wood elemental Dryad!
That's it for now, more to come as I flesh the rest of the cast out.
